Account & sign-in
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us — reset mail is the most common thing to land there.
Changing your email address
Email us from the old address and tell us the new one, and we will move the account across along with your saved sermons.
Deleting your account
Write to support@sermon-scribe.com from your account email and ask us to delete it. Your account and your saved sermons are removed within 30 days, other than billing records we have to keep for tax and accounting. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Plans & payment
Free costs nothing and needs no payment details. Pro is $19.00 CAD per month and Ministry is $49.00 CAD per month. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Paid plans are taken by Interac e-Transfer from the plans page. In short:
- Pick your plan on the plans page and send the e-Transfer from your bank's app or website.
- Put
SermonScribe Pro - [your email address]in the message field (orSermonScribe Ministry - …), so we can match the payment to your account. - Fill in the short confirmation form underneath, so we know to look for it.
Most accounts are activated within a few hours, and always within 24 hours. If a full day has passed and nothing has changed, email us — include the date you sent the transfer and the address you sent it from.
There is no card on file and nothing auto-renews. A paid plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; to carry on, send the next transfer, and to stop, simply don't. There is no cancellation to perform and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Your sermon content
Sermon Scribe is a drafting tool. It gives you an outline to work from — structure, points, illustrations and application — and the study, the judgement and the preaching remain yours. Read what it produces before you take it into a pulpit, and check every scripture reference against your own Bible.
What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate the sermon, so please do not enter confidential pastoral information, details of private counselling conversations, health information, or anything else told to you in confidence. Use it for material intended to be preached publicly. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly who processes what.
Something isn't working
If a sermon fails to generate or the page misbehaves, try a reload and a second attempt first — a fair number of failures are a dropped request rather than a broken account. If it persists, email us with the browser you are using and roughly when it happened, and we will go and look at the logs.
